Who is AIANA for, and who benefits from it?

How is AIANA different from traditional analyst firms?
In three ways. Objective financial data instead of surveys: tax filings, public tenders, customs data, mystery shopping. Expertise from inside Russian big tech: founders with 15+ years at the largest technology companies. An analytics platform instead of static PDFs: the data is updated continuously and the reports are snapshots of a living database.
How is AIANA different from the global players — Gartner, IDC, CB Insights?
By market and by method. AIANA focuses on the specifics of Russia and builds its estimates on verifiable financial data (financial statements, tenders under Federal Laws 44/223-FZ, customs data, real prices) rather than on surveys and expert opinion. And by format: the platform, calculators, research and media are assembled into one system instead of being split across separate products.
Where does AIANA get its data?
From objective sources: tax filings from SPARK, tenders under Federal Laws 44/223-FZ, customs statistics on GPU imports, public company disclosures, the Federal Tax Service and EGRUL registries, and analysis of AI job postings. Infrastructure prices are verified through mystery shopping. Vendor self-declarations are not taken into account.
How does AIANA maintain its independence and handle conflicts of interest?
The independence of the research team is an operating rule. Editorial decisions, figures, estimates and rankings always rest with the researchers; the research function is separate from the commercial one and holds a veto over conclusions. Neither the client, nor the commercial department, nor management interferes with the result.
How does the short (free) report differ from the full one?
The short report is a free PDF with the key figures, conclusions and basic charts; you can download it on the site by leaving your email. The full report is the entire dataset, interactive charts, Excel exports and methodological appendices, built on verifiable data rather than on surveys.
What is the AIANA platform?
Subscription access to data on Russia's AI market, which we are preparing to launch. It will include a continuously updated database with GPU price dashboards, company profiles with the AI-ization Index, a talent map and calculators; full versions of all of the year's reports with Excel exports, methodological appendices and raw data; and an annual flagship report.
When are AIANA reports published?
